BLADE RUNNER 2049 CONCEPT WATCH
PROJECT BRIEF
Blade Runner 2049 is one of my favorate film. I want to develop a watch based on the background and atmosphere of the story. Starting by re-watching the film, I captured some images that inspired me, conceiving the form through sketches, and then using modeling & rendering software to realize my ideas.

The watch concept embodies the essence of Blade Runner 2049, capturing the film's minimalist but monumental aesthetic. Matte and textured surfaces reflects the industrial style of the city's architecture and vehicles, while the warm, subdued lighting evokes a soft and intimate atmosphere in the empty, cold environment. The design draws from the grand, sprawling cityscapes, blending complexity with simplicity.
